The Flavor of My Life

Well it’s definetly been an interesting week, and needless to say, i’m looking forward to some much needed “home-time”. Hopefully i’ll get to see my friends soon, cuz i just need some friend time.

Well I know i haven’t been posting in a while and i would say i’m busy but not really. I just haven’t really felt like it. Right now i’m at Aunt Diane’s house, and i’m hanging out with Meghan for the week. Tons of fun! I can’t wait till tomorrow bcuz i love fridays! So nothing is really going on, though i should probably get going on my summer work. Eww, i have tons! Well then, bye bye!

Well since the shuttle launch didn’t happen, we didn’t go see it, obviously. My favorite commercial just went off, the one for bing.com about search overload. It freaks me out a little bit, i’ll be honest, but it’s just so interesting. Now i’m watching Unwrapped about school nutrition. Nasty school food, can it get any grosser? Let’s all pray not, right? I mean I take my lunch most days, but sometimes i just don’t have time, so i end up eating some nasty “food”. Yay! Now Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives is on. Love this show, thanx to you Dad! Episode is called “All Over the Map”, looks pretty interesting. Might end up being changed though, cuz Katie doesn’t like this show. Too bad I have the remote!!!! Hehe!!!! Making tacos right now, they look very good. However, since i just had popcorn, somehow the flavors aren’t exactly mixing well in my mind. Eww…nasty. Now they made a bombaro burrito (i guess that’s how you spell bombaro), doesn’t look very good to me, but oooh a Greek restaurant is up next. I love Greek food!!!!! Yummy!!! The restaurant is called Georgia’s Greek Restaurant and the food on there is killing me! Now Katie is feeding the little kitten some milk. Random I know, but this whole post is kinda random. I think they’re making meatballs, but somehow they look more like  hamburgers to me. Interesting right..but the feta cheese looks amazing!!!! Now they’re making some lamb gyro. Omgoodness, it looks incredible. Guy just tasted it and said, “Slama Jama, I love that Lamba”. Funny right?  I think it’s an Italian restaurant now, called Rocco’s. I have no idea, whatsoever what they’re making right now but whatever, looks pretty good to me. Apparently they’re making Polenta, homemade of course, with a homemade sauce and some veggies. They just made chicken picotta, and it looked pretty good. Now the little cat keeps attacking my fingers as I type. Going to bed in a few minutes then I’m gonna get up at 9:30 or so i say right now. But hey i’ll try! Okay well getting tired of posting, plus i need to shut down. So nighty night everyone!

Well i am sure you have heard about the space shuttle launch of the Endeavour at the Nasa Kennedy Space Center in Orlando Florida. It’s scheduled to happen around 7:17 a.m. Saturday, June 13. So we decided that it would be incredibly awesome to go see it happen! How often do you get to see a space shuttle launch, i mean really? So i am very excited about it. Plus we’re probably going to go the beach! Whoohoo! I’ll keep you posted on the details. Well i said that i would continue to tell about the washington trip but instead i’ll just some it all up in a few words. Exhausting but fun. Now since we’re back at my aunt and uncles house, i suppose i will talk about whats going on  here. We uncovered the pool and surprise, surprise it was nasty and green. EWWW! So we’ve been cleaning it all week, but there isn’t much we can do until we can actually see the bottom of it. The pool guy said it was good for swimming, but NO way am I swimming in a green pool. Ew. So i got a twitter! Whoohoo! I feel so “in the loop” now. There’s a new kitten at the house, he is soooooooooooo cute! Last night he came and slept with me for a while, but after waking up at 3:05 then 5:24 I picked him up, brought him to Aunt Sherry’s room, and went right back to sleep. Well i’m missing all my friends at home, and hope to them all soon. But it’s good to see the family. This summer is so different then last year. Still i’m having fun, putting off my summer reading and math homework, yes math homework during summer vacation. My teachers crazy, i know. But whatever…I’m starting Algebra 1 this year, Whoohoo! Kidding, but maybe it will be interesting, i just hope English is more challenging then last year, i was so bored in that class! Look at me, i’m already talking about school! Ew! Well gonna go wash my face! Write back soon? that doesn’t really make a lot of sense, but you get the  point!
